Sportsman 500 (2000-04) Upper Engine Radiator Cooling Hose

We have developed our own line of replacement radiator hoses for Polaris ATV’s!  These fabric reinforced hoses are custom formed and automotive quality.  These are an exact replacement to the expensive OEM hoses.  If you have any bulges or soft spots in your hoses, replace them now before they split.  This hose runs from the side of the coolant filler neck back to the left side of the engine.  Replaces Polaris part number 5411783 for most  2000-04 Sportsman 500’s,
