We want you to be assured that your purchases with Quad Logic are backed by a fairly no-hassle return policy. Other power sport companies may have a lax “no questions asked” return policy. There is a reason they have this policy. Its because they may not really know what their products fit, let alone do testing with them. They put that burden on you and make you do the R&D and testing for them. Here at Quad Logic we got a warehouse of vehicles that every part is tested for fitment but also for reliability to ensure you get the best part at the best price.
If a part does not fit or install correctly we want to know right away! Sometimes manufactures throw some curves balls that we can never fully account for. In the rare case we do make a mistake we want to fix it as quickly as possible. For these reasons we ask for more information about your machine and the problem you are having so we can help others that may have the same problem.
With that said we still need a written return policy so here it is:
1.Parts must be in new, resalable condition and will be subject to a small 15% restock fee. (This is to cover the shipping and labor to originally send you part) Return shipping is to be paid by the customer nor will the initial shipping charges be credited if so happened to be charged. Exchanges will not be subject to the restock fee.
2.We have a one year warranty on all parts, excluding electrical parts which come with a 90 day warranty.
3.Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase.
To start the return process either send back the item with a copy of the original invoice or if you like to exchange, simply give us a call or e-mail ahead of time before returning.
