At Quad Logic, we stand behind every part we sell. Unlike many power sports companies that offer a lax “no questions asked” return policy—often because they don’t fully test their products—we meticulously test every part for fitment and reliability in our warehouse of vehicles.

If a part does not fit or install correctly, we want to know right away! While we test extensively, some manufacturers throw curveballs, and we are always improving. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it fast. That’s why we ask for details about your machine and issue—to help future riders like you.

Return Policy

đź“Ś Eligible Returns:

  • Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items.

đź“Ś Fees & Shipping Costs:

  • A minimum of 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are damaged or clearly used. The restocking fee is subject to Quad Logic’s discretion. 
  • Exchanges are NOT subject to restocking fees—we’ll swap it out hassle-free!
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it was a Quad Logic error.

Warranty Information

  • 1-Year Warranty – All non-electrical parts are covered against manufacturer defects.
  • 90-Day Warranty – Electrical parts are covered for 90 days from the purchase date.
