These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Quad Logic website (https://www.quad-logic.com) and the purchase of products or services from Quad Logic (“Quad Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment

Accepted payment methods vary by sales channel and are displayed during checkout. Depending on the platform, payment options may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or other supported payment services. We do not ship C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders. International customers may have additional payment options depending on platform availability.

Order Processing & Cancellations

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has entered the fulfillment process. Most orders are prepared for shipment and picked up by carriers between approximately 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled in accordance with the applicable return policy.

Pricing

All prices shown are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing errors, promotions, or corrections may occur, and Quad Logic reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to shipment.

Shipping & Freight

Quad Logic reserves the right to select the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed upon prior to ordering. Orders may be shipped using USPS, FedEx, UPS, Spee-Dee Delivery, or other carriers depending on destination and service availability. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. Quad Logic does not collect duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments. Any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from shipping charges.

Backorders

In the event an item is out of stock, Quad Logic will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Customers may choose to:

  • Place the item on backorder and have it shipped when available, or
  • Cancel the affected item for a refund

Returns

Returns are subject to the Return Policy associated with the sales channel where the purchase was made. Customers are responsible for providing return tracking information when required. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition unless otherwise specified.

Warranty

Quad Logic offers a limited warranty on most products:

  • Non-electrical components: 1-year limited warranty
  • Electrical components: 90-day limited warranty

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty claims are subject to inspection upon return. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear is not covered. Quad Logic reserves the right to deny warranty claims based on inspection findings.

Shipping Protection & Insurance

Shipping Protection (Route)

If shipping protection is selected at checkout, coverage is provided through Route Shipping Protection. Route manages claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments in accordance with their terms and claim timelines.

If shipping protection is declined at checkout, Quad Logic is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Claims submitted through Route are fulfilled as replacements or resolutions determined by Route and are not guaranteed to result in refunds.

Installation Disclaimer

Quad Logic products are intended to be installed by qualified individuals with appropriate tools and mechanical knowledge. Many products require specialized tools and adherence to manufacturer service procedures. The factory service manual for the vehicle must be followed at all times during installation. Quad Logic is not responsible for damage, failure, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, or conditions beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Quad Logic has no control over the installation, use, or operation of any product once delivered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quad Logic shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of its products.

Aftermarket & Trademark Disclaimer

Quad Logic is not affiliated with Polaris Industries Inc., BRP (Can-Am), Yamaha, Kawasaki, or any other OEM manufacturer. Any reference to OEM brand names, trademarks, or part numbers is used solely for compatibility and identification purposes.

All products sold by Quad Logic are aftermarket parts unless explicitly stated otherwise and are not genuine OEM components.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Quad Logic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
