Payment– Payment forms accented are all major credit cards, PayPal, and money orders. We do not ship C.O.D orders. International customers can pay via wire transfer or credit card. Please contact us for details.

Freight-We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice unless agreed upon before ordering by both parties. Your order maybe shipped via US Postal (USPS is our most common shipping method), UPS, FED-EX, or Speedee but is not limited to these carriers.

International Orders– We charge our reduced shipping rates for each order but we do not collect duties or customs and if your country charges them, we are not responsible for these charges. These charges are different then shipping and they are levied by the government of import, not by us or shipping service.

Back orders– In the rare event we are out of stock on a product we will notify you in a timely manner of the delay. You have the choice putting it on back order and having it shipped as soon as it becomes available or we can cancel that item for you.

Warranty– Quad Logic has a one year warranty on most of our parts with electrical being the exception with a 90 day warranty. See Return Policy. It is up to the customer to return for the exchange and we handle the postage back to the customer. Lastly when we receive the item we will determine if the item is able to be warrantied because of install error or other determining factors where we would have to decline to the warranty.

Shipping Insurance-It is understood and agreed that the following timelines for claims transmittal must be adhered to in order for a claim to be processed: • Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered. • All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but in no event later than 30 days from the purchase date. • Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” yet not received by the customer must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered. Quad Logic reserves the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft.

The factory service manual must be followed at all times during any part of the installation. Even with the correct tools, parts, and expertise it is possible for the installation or part to fail for many reasons beyond our control. For these reasons we do not offer a warranty if installed incorrectly.
