PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A BORING SERVICE WITH PARTS, NOT A CYLINDER.
If your Trailblazer 330 cylinder is worn, scored, or out of spec, we can professionally repair it in-house at our Minnesota shop. You send us your cylinder and we will bead blast it, bore it to the correct size and clearance, and finish it with a proper cross-hatch hone. After a simple cleaning, it’s ready to install.
This service includes a correctly matched Namura piston kit (piston, rings, pin, and clips), a complete top-end gasket set (head, base, and exhaust), and new valve seals—everything needed to freshen up your top end.
You are responsible for shipping the cylinder to us; return shipping is included for the lower 48 states. Be sure to package it carefully and include your contact info, a copy of your eBay receipt, and the year and model of your machine. Turnaround time is typically about one week once received, but please allow at least two weeks plus shipping time. This is not an exchange—you will receive your original cylinder back.
