2003-05               SPORTSMAN 600

2000-05               SPORTSMAN 6X6

You will receive ONE clutch cover foam gasket and SIX clutch cover screws.

The gasket replaces Polaris part numbers 5521148, 5521160, 5521301, 5525160, 5521578, and 5521738. The screws replace Polaris part numbers 7512093, 7512094 and 7512095.
