Sportsman 500 HO 40mm Carburetor Side Cover

Did you break your throttle cover on your Polaris carburetor? Quad Logic has the fix! Simply bolt on the Billet or standard aluminum side cover in place of the broken factory throttle cover. Our billet side cover is machined of 6061 billet aluminum, black anodized, then re-machined for a two tone effect. The center features our Quad Logic gear icon. We also offer a standard aluminum side cover as well.  These covers fits all Polaris ATV’s that come factory with the Mikuni 40mm Carburetor. We tested this cover on both the OEM Mikuni carburetor as well as the aftermarket reproduction carburetors. Direct replacement for Polaris part number 3130930.
