This complete replacement flywheel for Polaris 2-stroke ATVs is engineered to solve the common issues found in stock flywheels, such as magnets coming loose or breaking. It features a high-temperature epoxy that securely bonds the magnets, preventing detachment even under extreme conditions. A high-strength steel cap shields the epoxy from damage caused by harsh motor oil additives, further increasing durability. In the rare event that a magnet does come loose, it stays contained within a sleeve, protecting the stator from damage. Each flywheel is precision-balanced to minimize engine vibration and promote longer engine life. Installation is straightforward and identical to the stock setup, making it a simple, long-lasting upgrade.
