Yep. Quad Logic has a blog now.
After more than a decade of building parts, shipping parts, testing parts, talking about parts, occasionally arguing with parts, and helping people figure out which part they actually need… apparently the logical next step was to start writing about them.
So here we are.
If you have never heard of Quad Logic before, welcome. If you have ordered from us before, called us with a question, watched one of our videos, or found us while desperately Googling a Polaris part number at 10:30 on a Saturday night, welcome back.
We figured our first blog post should probably answer the obvious question:
Who exactly is Quad Logic?
It Started as a Side Hustle
Like a lot of good ideas, Quad Logic did not begin with a giant corporate office, a boardroom full of executives, or a 47-page business plan filled with words like “synergy.”
It started in owner Robb Johnson’s garage as a part-time side hustle.
Robb had spent years around powersports and saw something that probably sounds familiar to anyone who has ever owned an ATV or UTV:
You need one relatively simple part.
You look up the dealer price.
You stare at the screen for a few seconds.
Then you say something we probably should not print on the company blog.
There had to be another option.
Robb saw a gap in the market for replacement parts that were easier to get, reasonably priced, and actually made for people who would rather fix their own vehicle than haul it to a dealership every time something wears out.
So he decided to do something about it.
What began in his garage eventually outgrew the whole “side hustle” description and became Quad Logic, a bustling powersports parts business based in Ramsey, Minnesota.
Fourteen years later, we are still here.
We just have a lot more parts now.
And considerably less room for them in Robb’s garage.

So, What Do We Actually Do?
Quad Logic supplies aftermarket parts and accessories for Polaris, Can-Am, and CFMOTO ATVs and UTVs to customers around the world.
Some are straightforward replacement parts.
Some are hard to find pieces that can make you wonder whether the original manufacturer hid the last remaining inventory in a secret underground bunker.
And some are products we design ourselves because we looked at the original part and thought:
We can make that better.
Our customers tend to be people who are willing to get their hands dirty. They own their machines, work on their machines, ride their machines, and would generally prefer to spend their money on the next ride instead of an unnecessarily expensive repair bill.
As Robb puts it:
“Our customers are ATV or UTV owners who want to save a little bit of money and fix their machines themselves. We offer a better product at a great price, and they can save a ton of money by going through us.”
That DIY attitude is a pretty big part of who we are, too.
We Don’t Just Sell Parts. We Make Them.
This is probably one of the biggest things people do not realize about Quad Logic.
We are not simply buying boxes of random parts, putting our name on them, and hoping for the best.
Our team looks at existing parts, finds common problems, designs solutions, tests them, installs them, and actually uses them.
Because an ATV part can look fantastic sitting on a desk.
That does not mean much when you are ten miles down a trail, covered in mud, and discovering that somebody forgot to account for how the thing works in the real world.
Our products are developed and tested with the goal of meeting or exceeding original equipment specifications while, whenever possible, improving the part in ways that make sense for the people actually using it.
Robb explains it pretty simply:
“We do all the design and development in-house to make your machine better, faster, more fun and more usable.”
And really, that is the fun part.
Sometimes the solution is complicated.
Sometimes it is incredibly simple.
Sometimes it is staring at a part that has annoyed riders for years and asking, “Why did they make it like that?”
Then trying something different.
We’re Powersports People Too
Quad Logic was not created because somebody studied a spreadsheet and decided ATV parts looked like a promising market segment.
Robb has been a powersports enthusiast his entire life and worked in multiple roles throughout the industry before starting the company.
That matters to us.
There is a big difference between selling a product because it exists in a catalog and selling a product because you understand why somebody needs it.
We know the feeling of getting a machine ready for the weekend and discovering something is broken.
We know what it is like to search through diagrams trying to figure out whether the tiny part labeled No. 17 is actually the thing you need.
We know the joy of finally fixing something yourself, turning the key, and having everything work exactly like it should.
And yes, we also know the other version, where you turn the key and nothing happens.
Those days build character.
Or so we tell ourselves.
Why Start a Blog Now?
Good question.
Over the years, we have accumulated a ridiculous amount of powersports knowledge around here.
Fitment questions. Installation tips. New product ideas. Common failures. Weird parts. Useful upgrades. Shop stories. Trail stories. Things we have learned the hard way so maybe you do not have to.
A product page is not always the best place for all of that.
So, this blog is where we get to loosen things up a little.
We want to talk about the stuff ATV and UTV owners actually care about.
We are going to try to make it useful.
But we also want to make it worth reading.
There are enough instruction manuals in the world.
This Is Quad Logic
Quad Logic is a Minnesota company that started as a side hustle and grew from a simple idea into a team of 18 people dedicated to developing, sourcing, supporting, and shipping ATV and UTV parts and accessories around the world.
At our core, we are powersports people. We build parts. We source parts. We test parts. We ship parts. Most importantly, we understand the vehicles our customers ride and the problems they are trying to solve.
For more than fourteen years, our focus has remained pretty simple: help people keep older machines running, make newer machines better, find the parts they actually need, and avoid spending more than they have to. Whether a vehicle is working around the property, putting in long days on the job, or heading out on the trail, we want to make it easier to keep it there.
A lot has changed since Quad Logic began. Our product line has grown, our team has grown, and our parts now reach customers across the globe. But we still get excited when we find a better part, a smarter solution, or a better way to solve a problem.
So that’s us. A Minnesota powersports company that started small, kept building, and is still looking ahead to what comes next.
And apparently, now we are bloggers too.
Thanks for finding us at the very beginning. We’ve got plenty more to talk about.
In the meantime, your ATV or UTV probably needs something.
