Most Quad Logic orders ship the next business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next available business day. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the sales channel, fulfillment method, and selected shipping service.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier transit times. Transit time begins once the order has shipped and does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note:

  • FedEx 2–3 Day shipping does not guarantee weekend delivery

  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days for any shipping service

Example:
An order placed with FedEx 2–3 Day shipping on Wednesday after 12 PM will ship on Thursday and is typically delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

Yes, we can ship to a PO box using USPS only. If you choose FedEx or UPS, the shipping selection will default to USPS Priority Shipping.

If your Polaris cylinder is scored, worn, or out of specification, we can restore it using in-house equipment at our Ramsey, Minnesota facility. This service includes bead blasting, precision boring to the correct size and clearance, and final cross-hatch honing so the cylinder is ready for installation after cleaning.
